At Inka Arthouse, we want you to love your space. If your purchase isn't exactly what you envisioned, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned art, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
